Precision Driven, In-House Production Molding Services
When our customers needed production molding support, we expanded our capabilities to support them, purchasing 10 JSW brand, horizontal injection molding machines ranging from 110 tons to 220 tons.
Set in an environmentally controlled room with auxiliary, state-of-the-art drying and material conveyance systems, this top-of-the-line equipment provides mold qualification processes for customer’s tooling to be exported, i.e. PPAP, IQ/OQ procedures, etc. The resulting molding parameters we develop can be readily transferred to our customers.
We also offer initial production molding quantities, so customers have inventory while their molds are in transit. Finally, we offer full production injection molding services for customers whose molds stay at the factory.
